Cherokee Indians or Native American tribes originally settled in the Great Lakes region. Some of the stereotypical topics of the Cherokee were that they lived in Tee Pee's when in actuality they lived in log cabins. The description of what they look like today is almost unbearable to describe. Most of them are discriminated against by the local American Communities in which they live. And the US government has never really come through with what they originally offered the American Indians as a settlement in money and land. So this piece is the beginning of a series that will culminate in a larger piece that will be sent down to Oklahoma for the beginning of a grassroots fundraising campaign.
